Welcome to Grove Spa

From the moment you arrive at Grove Spa, your pampering begins. As you walk through the doors you will be greeted by one of our amazing coordinators. You will be offered a complimentary beverage and a warm neck pillow. We serve a variety of white & red wine, beer, soft drinks, hot tea, coffee, and water. On Saturday’s we offer mimosas!

If it is your first time at Grove Spa, when you book your appointment you will be emailed a general intake form that will need to be completed before your service. If you are getting any kind of waxing, advanced facial, or are currently pregnant you will receive an additional form that corresponds to your service(s). You will also have an option to complete these forms while you enjoy your beverage prior to your service.

In order to get the most of your time with Grove Spa we ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of your appointment. This allows plenty of time for you to fill out paperwork, enjoy your drink, or use the restroom before your pampering begins.

Your talented service provider will come greet you in the lobby and escort you to your room. This is a great time to start to get to know your service provider and ask any questions you may have. We are here for you, so if you ever have any questions or concerns please let your provider or a staff member know and we will do our best to help you, promptly.

Depending on your service(i.e. massage, waxing, Vichy), your provider will step out of the room to allow you to dress to your comfort level. If you are not sure what to wear please visit our FAQ for more information.

If you are receiving multiple services from our wonderful staff, you may be escorted to our Retreat Room after your first service is complete. This private room is a perfect transition space for you to take a moment to relax in one of our oversized, soft robes. If you would like anything to drink while you wait, please inform your provider and they will be sure to bring it to you. There is a restroom conveniently located right across the hall as well. Your next service provider will pick you up from the retreat room and guide you to the next room to complete your services.

After your service(s) are complete your provider will again step out of the room to allow you to redress if necessary. They will then escort you back to our lobby. We have a wide range of products, this is a perfect time to ask your provider for any recommendations or suggestions. We carry PCA, Mother Earth pillows, Reborn Candles, Grove Spa’s custom line of products, and more! If you have any gift cards, discounts, or vouchers a coordinator at the front desk will be able to get those applied to your service(s) and help you get rebooked.

At Grove Spa we like to reward our loyal clients with our punch cards. For every specific service you purchase you will receive a punch on our rewards card. After 10 paid services you will receive the 11th for free! These cards are just service specific, not provider specific, so if you would like to see any of our amazing staff you can do so with ease.
